NO HIDDEN FEES
Frontier was getting rid of their hidden monthly fees, and they wanted to announce the news in a big, retail-friendly way. Our idea, which focused on the not-so-pleasant outcomes hidden fees can cause in peoples’ lives, was promptly met with director feedback like “I didn’t know they made spots this dumb anymore”. Whelp, turns out they do. Because, with the help of Hank Perlman and his Hungry Man crew, make it we did.
The stupidity extended surprisingly well into social, digital and even DM.
