As a sponsor of the 3% Conference, Team One was asked to “come up with on-theme swag people would actually want”. And so a series of travel mugs featuring dinosaurs making antiquated (and provocative) statements about women and advertising was born. Because if it’s going to take time, hard work and a bunch of awkward conversations to continue to up the percentages of female creative directors, these BPA-free, vacuum-sealed vessels for caffeine are just the tools attendees need to do it.
